Autumn is our practice owner and serves as our Clinical Director. She has extensive knowledge and experience supporting children, teens, and parents. Her childlike heart allows her to see others in a way where they feel deeply understood and leave her presence knowing they too matter. She is gifted in the art of helping her clients discover clarity in areas that once seemed obscure. This clarity provides vision that allows them to understand their world in a deeply profound way while giving them the confidence to make changes in their lives. This is empowerment.

Sarah is a compassionate counselor who puts her whole heart into everything she does. She specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults.  Her experience has been not only within the educational system as an advocate for emotional needs within the classroom but as a provider of comfort and empathy. Sarah has an ability to see into her client’s hearts in a way where they feel truly seen. This sense of acceptance and belonging creates a safe place to explore and grow self-confidence.

Brandi is a loving and charismatic counselor who uses her knowledge and experiences to help you identify the underlying emotion. This combined with her understanding of family systems and couple relationships allows her to walk with you step by step on the journey toward healing. Being understood is more than about being heard, its a way to dig deeper and explore the root causes of our pain. Brandi is passionate about helping you connect with the most valuable person in your life as well as yourself. Life is tricky and it's hard to see the beauty of it when you're drowning in pain.

Vanessa brings a gentle, grounding presence to every person she meets. She has a natural gift for recognizing her clients’ strengths—even in moments when those strengths feel hidden or difficult for them to see. Her sincere, compassionate listening helps clients feel safe, valued, and truly understood. Through her training and experience, Vanessa has developed a deep appreciation for the resilience people carry within them. She believes that clarity and healing become possible when clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. She is passionate about helping clients uncover hope in places that once felt overwhelming, confusing, or uncertain. Vanessa is dedicated to creating a therapeutic space where individuals can explore their emotions, strengthen their relationships, and rewrite the stories that no longer serve them. She brings warmth, insight, and steady encouragement to the healing process.

Shayna is a friendly face at the office and enjoys visiting with clients/parents while waiting for their appointment.
